Without any communications networks, it can record the driving process and restrict the driver from driving through the use of IC card. By slotting the IC card to launch vehicles, it can effectively control the driver’s driving. The application of this project can control speeding and fatigue driving, effectively reduce traffic accidents, and stop driving without a license or skip-level driving, which will greatly reduce the management costs of the traffic management sectors, and the market prospect is very promising.
