（二）项目建设内容及规模： 占地面积24500平方米，建筑面积9970平方米，其中：生产车间2600平方米、原料库2800平方米、恒温净化成品库900 平方米、锅炉房100平方米、变电室50平方米、门卫20平方米。建设三个养蜂基地共65公顷，年产生态白椴蜂蜜5000吨、蜂王浆60吨。

ⅠProject Description:
1. Project Outline: Changbai Mountain area, covered with dense vegetation and various tree species, is the main area of honey production in China. The honey products are featured by a large quantity and a good quality. Bee Products are rich in nutritional value and good for medical treatment and health care. As people change the concept of consumption and deepen the understanding of the effectiveness of bee products, the consumption of bee products will be promoted. As the original ecological bee products rank the highest quality of bee products, their market prospect will be very promising.
2. Construction Scale& Product Scheme: The project covers an area of 24,500 m2, with construction area of 9,970 m2, including production workshops of 2,600 m2, raw materials storerooms of 2,800 m2, constant-temperature purified storerooms for finished products of 900 m2, boiler room of 100 m2, transformer room of 50 m2, and doormen room of 20 m2. Three beekeeping bases make up totally 65 hectares, producing 5,000 tons of ecological Chinese linden honey and 60 tons of royal jelly.
3. Market Analysis & Estimated Economic Performance: The project after being put into production can realize annual sales income of RMB 109.6 million, profit of RMB 20.52 million and tax dues of RMB 7.46 million.
4. Total Investment: RMB 54.74 million, including construction investment of RMB 24.74 million and working capital of RMB 30 million. It is planed to attract foreign investment of RMB 25 million, and the remaining share will be raised by the enterprise itself.
