一、项目简介
（一）项目建设背景：三层实木复合地板是由表板、芯板、背板纵横交叉压制而成，是介于实木地板和强化地板之间的一种新产品，具有幅面大、弹性好、不变形、不离层、耐磨、防潮、阻燃等优点。由于采用三层复合结构，芯板、背板均采用普通材，生产成本大幅下降，产品附加值高。目前我国实木复合地板年产量为5000万平方米，单线年生产能力为40～80万平方米，远远满足不了国内外市场的需求，因此发展实木复合地板，特别是集群、大规模生产符合产业发展的需求。
（二）项目建设内容及规模：年产实木复合地板400万平方米。
（三）市场分析及经济和社会效益预测：目前欧洲实木复合地板年生产能力7500万平方米，市场需求1.5亿平方米，缺口部分完全由亚洲进口。未来5年，我国每年新增住宅面积10.33亿平方米，若复合地板在整个铺地材料中按10～15%的比重估算，需求量约为1.5～1.7亿平方米，市场前景非常广阔。该项目建成达产后，年可实现销售收入60000万元，利润8000万元，税金4000万元。

Baishan Economic Development Zone Wood Multi-layer Floor Processing
ⅠProject Description:
1. Project Outline: The wood 3-layer floor is made by pressing the surface plate, core plate and backing plate. As a new product which combines the features of solid wood flooring and laminate flooring, the products is characterized by big format, good flexibility, no distortion, integration, hard wearing, moisture-proof and flaming retarding. As the core plate and backing plate are made from cheaper material, the cost of the 3-layer floor is reduced and the added-value is increased. The annual output of wood multi-layer floor in China is 50,000,000 sq. m and the annual mongline production capacity is 400,000～800,000 sq. m, which is far from satisfying the domestic demand. Therefore, developing wood multi-layer floor in the form of colony settlement is in accordance with the industry development.
2. Construction Scale& Product Scheme: annual output of wood multi-layer floor: 4,000,000 sq. m.
3. Market Analysis & Estimated Economic Performance: The current production capacity of wood multi-layer floor in Europe is 75,000,000 sq. m/y, while the demand is 0.15 billion sq. m. The gap between the demand and supply is met with the import from Asia. In the coming 5 years, the newly increased residential area in China is 1.033 billion sq. m. Suppose the multi-layer floor takes 10～15% of all the flooring, the demand will be 0.15～0.17 billion sq. m. There is a vast market prospect. Annual sales income will be RMB 600,000,000, profit RMB 80,000,000 and taxes RMB 40,000,000 when the project is put into operation.
