一、项目简介
（一）项目建设背景：白山市地处吉林省东南部，自然资源十分丰富，素有“立体资源宝库”之称，生产铸铁件所需的主要原辅材料及燃料如铁矿石、煤、石英砂等储量大、品位好。本项目充分利用当地富有资源，壮大产业经济，适应目前汽车产业发展的要求。
（二）项目建设内容及规模：占地面积100亩，年产汽车铸铁件5万吨，其中优质灰口铸铁件3.5万吨、球墨铸铁件1.5万吨。
（三）市场分析及经济和社会效益预测：目前，我国已成为继美国和日本之后的第三大汽车生产国。据专家预测，2015年发展中国家汽车产量占全球的份额将由目前的25%增加到48%，2006年底国内汽车生产规模已超过700万辆，并以13%左右的速度增长，国内汽车保有量达到3700万辆。预计2010年国内汽车产量将达1000万辆，保有量将达5000万辆。随着我国汽车工业的发展和国外汽车铸件采购市场向中国转移，我国汽车铸件的产量将会显著增加。项目建成达产后，年可实现销售收入2.7亿元，利润2600万元，税金1600万元。

ⅠProject Description:
1. Project Outline: Located in the southeast part of Jilin Province, Baishan City possesses rich natural resources and is given the name of tridimentional resource treasury. The high-quality raw material of cast, such as iron ore, coal and quartz sand and fuel are abundant in Baishan. Making full use of the local resources, the project is to strengthen the industry economy to cope with the demand for automobile industry.
2. Construction Scale& Product Scheme: Land coverage: 100 mu; annual output of automobile casting: 50,000 tons, including high-quality gray cast iron 3.50,000 tons and ductile iron casting 15,000 tons.
3. Market Analysis & Estimated Economic Performance: China is the current 3rd biggest automobile production country after America and Japan. As the prediction of experts, the automobile production in the developing countries will rise to 48% from the current 25% in 2015. China’s auto production has been over 7,000,000 by the end of 2006, and continued to increase by 13% per year.  The domestic vehicle population reaches 37,000,000 sets. As predicted, the domestic automobile output will be 10,000,000 sets in 2010, and vehicle population 50,000,000 sets. As the development of China’s automobile industry and the rising purchase of auto cast from foreign countries, the output of the internal auto cast will experience a sharp increase. Annual sales income will be RMB 0.27 billion, profit RMB 26,000,000 and taxes RMB 16,000,000 when the project is put into operation.
