（一）项目建设背景：随着我国建筑业的快速发展，钢结构作为一个新兴产业在华夏大地迅速崛起，需求量逐年递增。钢结构在制作、施工和建成后的使用过程中，具有优越的抗震性、无污染性、节能及安全等诸多方面特征，符合人类可持续发展的原则。钢结构体系具有自重轻、安装容易、施工周期短、抗震性能好、投资回收快、环境污染少等综合优势，与钢筋混凝土结构相比，更具有在“高、大、轻”三个方面发展的独特优势。
（二）项目建设内容及规模：年产钢结构3万吨、夹芯复合板100万平方米、C/Z型钢1万吨。
（三）市场分析及经济和社会效益预测：随着我国市场经济的发展，追求高速、高效、高质量的产品已成为现代企业发展的方向，建筑行业也不例外，建筑质量高、施工占地少、投资成效快是现代建筑的基本要求，钢结构建筑正好符合这一要求。钢结构建筑每年需求量大约在500万平方米以上，随着钢结构住宅的成熟和产业化形成，每年预计以200万平方米的速度发展，年需钢结构将达成100万吨。该项目建成达产后，年可实现销售收入30000万元，利润4300 万元，税金3600万元。

Steel Structure Product Line by Baishan Economic Development Zone

ⅠProject Description:
1.    Project Outline: As the fast development of China’s building industry, steel structure, the rising industry, is experiencing a fast growth with the demand for it increasing steadily. The steel structure has the advantages of quake-proof, pollution-free, energy-saving and security in construction and daily use which are in accordance with the principle of sustainable development. The steel structure is characterized by low weight, easy installation, short construction period, quake-proof, quick investment return and eco-friendly. Compared with RC structure, the steel structure is higher, larger and lighter.
2.    Construction Scale& Product Scheme: annual output of steel structure: 30,000 tons, laminate composite board 1,000,000 sq. m , C/Z profiled bar output: 10,000 t/y.
3.    Market Analysis & Estimated Economic Performance: As the development of the market economy, speed, efficiency and quality are becoming the utmost concern of modern enterprises and the building industry makes no exception. The basic requirements for modern building industry is to build higher quality of the architecture, takes less space and higher and faster investment return which are the advantages of steel structure construction. The annual demand for steel structure is over 5,000,000 sq. m. With the mature of the steel structure building and the industry, the demand for steel structure will increase by 2,000,000 sq. m per year and the annual demand will soon be 1,000,000 t/y. Annual sales income will be RMB 300,000,000, profit RMB 4,300 0,000 and taxes RMB 36,000,000 when the project is put into operation.
