一、项目简介
（一）项目建设背景：镁合金是目前最轻的金属结构材料，具有密度低（1.74g/cm3）、比强度和比刚度高、阻尼减震性好、电磁屏蔽效果佳、机加工性能优良、零件尺寸稳定、易回收等优点，广泛应用于航空、航天、汽车、计算机、电子、通讯和家电等行业。本项目依托我市丰富的白云岩资源，引进先进技术和设备生产镁合金板带材，将使我市形成新的可持续发展接续产业。
（二）项目建设内容及规模：建设年产白云岩120万吨矿山一座、年产10万吨金属镁冶炼厂一座、年产5万吨冷轧镁合金板生产线两条。
（三）市场分析及经济和社会效益预测：镁合金板是镁及镁合金工业发展的顶端产品，是我国863项目重点课题之一。目前世界上只有很少数国家能工业化大规模生产镁合金板带材，2007年韩国浦项钢铁公司镁合金板带厂开工建设，2008年建成，镁合金板带的预期销售价为6万元/吨。本项目工艺成熟，属资源深加工项目，市场前景广阔。项目建成达产后，年可实现销售收入50亿元，利润17.47亿元，税金9.28亿元。

ⅠProject Description:
1.    Project Outline: magnesium alloy with the fineness of 1.74g/cm3 is the lightest metal material at present which is characterized by high specific strength and specific rigidity, excellent damping shock absorption, good electromagnetic screen and mechanical working property, stable spare size and easy recovery. It is widely used in aviation, space flight and the production of automobile, computer, electron, communications and household appliances. Relying on the abundant dolomite resource in Baishan and introducing advanced techniques and production facilities of magnesium alloy sheet and strip, the project will form a new sustainable development industry.
2.    Construction Scale& Product Scheme: a dolomite mine with output of 1,200,000 t/y is to be built; A magnesium smelt plant with output of 100,000 t/y is to be built; two cold rolling magnesium alloy sheet product lines with annual output of 50,000 tons is to be built.
3.    Market Analysis & Estimated Economic Performance: As one of the State 863 projects, magnesium alloy sheet is a top product of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry. The production of magnesium alloy sheet and strip on large scale can only be carried out in a few countries. The South Korean steel giant POSCO opens its magnesium sheet plant in 2007 which is finished in 2008. The expected price for the magnesium alloy sheet and strip is RMB 60,000/ ton. With mature technology, the natural resource further processing project has a vast market prospect. Annual sales income will be RMB 5 billion, profit RMB1.747 billion and taxes RMB 0.928 billion when the project is put into operation.
