(I) Construction Background of the Project: Laosongjiang Hydroelectric Power Station is located in Fusong County of Jilin Province. It is in the upper reaches of Songjianghe River. The location of the dams is 5 kilometers from Songjianghe Town. In the lower reaches of the river is the finished Xiaoshan Hydroelectric Power Station.

(II) Scale of Construction and Scheme of Products: The reservoir volume of Laosongjiang Hydroelectric Power Station is 52,960,000 cubic meters. Its installed capacity is 20,000 kw. The generated energy guaranteed is 4,000 kw.h. For many years, the average generated energy is 60,450,000 kw.h. Every year, 3,023 hours are used. The dams are piled up by asphalt and concrete walls. The height of the biggest dam is 47.5 meters. The total length of the dams' top is 387.58 meters. The channelling system is located in the body of the mountain on the left bank of the dams. The length of the tunnel for channelling water is 1,085.16 meters and its interior diameter is 4.1 meters.

(III) Forecasting of Economic Benefit: Economic Evaluation of Laosongjiang Hydroelectric Power Station: The time limit of loans repayable is 10 years. The price of electricity for being on the Internet is 0.506 Yuan/kw.h. The interior profit rate of its financial affairs is 13.5%.
