　　(I) Construction Background of the Project: Jiajiaying Second-Class Hydroelectric Power Station is located in Linjiang City of Jilin Province. It is in the middle reaches of Sandaogou River, one of the branches of Yalujiang River. It is a project of water conservancy, which is mainly in charge of generating electricity.

　　(II) Scale of Construction and Scheme of Products: The reservoir volume of Jiajiaying Second-Class Hydroelectric Power Station is 670,000m3. Its installed capacity is 2,500 kw. For many years, the average generated energy is 8,568,100 kw.h. Every year, 3,427 hours are used. Jiajiaying Second-Class Hydroelectric Power Station works in the form of water inletting. It is made up of three parts, including dams across the river, workshops and inletting systems. The total length of the dams across the river is 30 meters. The length of the biggest dam is 13.7 meters. The whole length of the tunnels for channelling water is 3,500 meters with a 3×4 meters' section which is in the type of a gateway.
