1.Project Background: Castor-oil refining includes nylon-11 resin,glycerin,glauber’s salt,aid solution,toxin free castor-oil plant distilled grains etc. It’s widely used in space aviation, military, chemical industry, medicin, mechanical manufacturing etc.The leading product nylon-11 resin is high-tech product which has strong endurance against corrosion, abrasion,hydrolyzation and greasy.
2.Construction Scale and Product Plan： Process comprehensively 40,000 ton of castor-oil plant per year. Produce refined castor-oil 15,833 ton，nylon-11 resin 1000 ton，glycerol 280 ton，aid solution 420 ton，glauber’s salt 1334 ton，toxin free castor-oil plant distilled grains 20,380 ton. The castor-oil is the unique source of the 18 carbon hydroxide base fatty acid with double bond. The nylon-11 resin compounde from the castor-oil is an important industry material which makes up for the empty space of domestic. The total demand is 5000 ton. In the past they were all imported from French ATO company. With the development of auto industry, tube shipping industry and military industry product, the demand will increase. The side product such as glycerol, glauber’s salt and various aid solution are also best-selling.
