The cell technology has obtained technical authorization from the Joint Laboratory of Japan, and the ownership of the technology belongs to Jilin Hezhong Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which has accumulated more than ten years of technology; it holds the pancreatic islets β Cell patent (diabetes), chondrocyte preparation technology (knee joint disease); it masters the extraction, preparation, research and development, and storage capabilities of various stem cells, immune cells, and their derivatives.

The company has jointly established a platform company with State-owned enterprises under China Resources and state-owned enterprises under Jilin Provincial Government, responsible for biotechnology support, procurement of biological materials, and reserve of combat readiness biological products. It collaborates with central and provincial state-owned enterprises to establish a platform company, launch the Northeast China Revitalization Strategy Project, and assume technical and reserve responsibilities. By that time, the funds will have been used for the procurement of equipment and supplies, as well as the preparation of biological reagents. It will build an international diagnosis and treatment center in Boao, introducing the resources from Taiwan and Japan and utilizing Boao’s pre-licensing policies for new drug introduction, insurance assistance, and new technology research, etc. By that time, the funds will have been used for the center’s infrastructure construction and facility procurement.
